Rugby Development Comes Alive in Knysna!
The South African Gallery of Legends (SAGOL), in proud partnership with SANParks, hosted an unforgettable Rugby Development Clinic in Knysna, bringing together 6 enthusiastic teams from communities surrounding the SANParks areas.
What made the day truly special was the presence of two giants of the game, Jaco Gouws and Anton Leonard – member of the 1999 Springbok Rugby World Cup squad
These rugby icons spent the day sharing their knowledge, passion, and skills with the young players, inspiring them with stories of discipline, teamwork, and resilience. The energy on the field was electric as the kids soaked up every moment of world‑class coaching.
This clinic is part of our ongoing commitment to uplifting rural communities, creating pathways for youth development, and using sport as a tool for unity and opportunity.
